Our services are intended for students aged 10-18. Users under the age of 18 must have parental consent to use Danesh. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 10 years old and have obtained necessary parental consent if under 18.
Danesh offers the following subscription options:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period.
Danesh offers a 7-day free trial period for new users. During this period, you will have access to all of our platform's features at no cost. At the end of the trial, you can choose whether or not to proceed with a paid subscription. No charges will be applied unless you actively choose to subscribe to one of our plans after the trial period.
Important Notes:
We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your current billing cycle. However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team at david@danesh.io. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use Danesh for educational purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
If you upload or generate content through Danesh (e.g., questions, project submissions, etc.), you grant Danesh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purposes of providing and improving the service. You retain ownership of any content you create. Danesh reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
All content provided by Danesh, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Danesh OÜ or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Your use of Danesh is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Danesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services without the right to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Court of Arbitration in the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The arbitration will be conducted in English and take place in Tallinn, Estonia. Each party will bear its own costs and expenses of the arbitration.
Danesh provides educational support and guidance but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or interruptions in service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the website. Your continued use of Danesh after the changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or related to Danesh shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
